All damaged or faulty items received must be documented and notice received within 2 days of receipt of shipment. Our customer service team will provide a pre-paid shipping label for your convenience. Item(s) must be sent within 5 business days. Upon receipt, a member of the Swag team will make best efforts to repair the item(s). If repair cannot be made, a replacement will be sent at no additional charge.
