We are seeking a Product Photographer for golf equipment and accessories. This role is responsible for producing high quality product images for use in marketing activities. Additionally, this role will manage all aspects of the digital image studio production process from concept to image capture to asset management; and will include managing the in-house photo studio. This person should be hard-working, fast-paced, detail-oriented, open-minded, organized, creative and can live up to our high standards of product photography. This position will work both individually for long periods of time and as part of a team in a marketing environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, willing to take initiative and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with the creative team. Flexibility and open communication are critical, as well the ability to quickly pivot when priorities change.

This role will report to the Chief Creative Officer for Swag Golf at the Swag office in Northbrook, Illinois (just north of Chicago).


  • Style, prep, light and shoot in a high volume, fast-paced e-commerce product photography studio with direct oversight of sample management, studio operations and photography
  • Maintain and organize the studio space, as well as all studio lighting, equipment and props
  • Execute post-capture retouching, including creative editing, color correction, file formatting, and path creation
  • Produce studio shoots from start to finish as assigned
  • Provide creative and technical feedback and insight on images and photography equipment
  • Create and stylize product photoshoots for marketing outlets
  • Assist with production in a variety of roles on location photo shoots as needed
  • Be a resource to the company on all things related to studio photography

  • Work collaboratively with Brand Marketing, Product Design and Ecommerce teams to create compelling solutions for our cross-channel campaigns (social media, emails, website and other marketing needs)
  • Continuously improve productivity and processes and keep studio procedures up to date and well-documented, ensuring they are communicated proactively to full-time staff, contractors and wider key stakeholders throughout the business


  • Bachelor's degree in Photography, Communication Arts, or equivalent experience/related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in product photography
  • Excellent technical photography skills including extensive knowledge of Capture One, Adobe CC, and color management processes
  • Exceptional working knowledge on all areas of product photography (including model and still life categories)
