2026 Cubs Convention Sweepstakes Rules

1. ENTRY: Promotion begins at 9:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on January 16, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on January 16, 2026 (“Entry Period”). To enter online, go to https://swag.golf/pages/cubs-con-2026-sweeps and click on the promotion banners, buttons, and/or links to access the online entry form for the promotion. By successfully transmitting a completed online entry form during the Entry Period as directed, you will be entered in the promotion. All information submitted online by entrants is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at www.swag.golf, as amended or modified from time to time. Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the entry form to be eligible. Incomplete and/or inaccurate entries are void. All online entries must include a valid email address for the entrant. Online entrants to the promotion may be given the option to receive (a) commercial email from Sponsor, and/or MLB and/or (b) mobile text messages and updates from Sponsor or MLB; however, eligibility to participate in the promotion is not dependent upon entrant’s consent to receive such emails and/or mobile text messages and updates and consenting to receive such emails and/or mobile text messages and updates will not impact any entrant’s chances of winning. 2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States (including its commonwealths, territories, and possessions) who are eighteen (18) years of age (except in the case of residents of jurisdictions where the legal age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years, such legal age of majority) or older at the time of entry. This promotion is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Employees of the Kuldisak, LLC d/b/a SWAG Golf (“Sponsor”), Chicago Cubs Baseball Club, LLC (“Cubs”), the other MLB Entities and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entity associated with the Sweepstakes, and its their affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and members of the immediate family or household of each, are not eligible to participate. “MLB Entities” means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (“MLB”), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities. An immediate family member is defined as a parent, sibling or any person residing in the same household as an employee.
3. PRIZES/ODDS: One (1) prize will be awarded: Winner will receive one (1) SWAG Handsome One Putter. Approximate retail value: $1,000. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. ALL EXPENSES, TAXES AND COSTS, INCLUDING COSTS OF SHIPPING AND HANDLING, ASSOCIATED WITH ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF PRIZES NOT SET FORTH IN THESE RULES ARE THE OBLIGATION OF THE WINNERS. Prizes are not transferable, except at discretion of Sponsor.
4. DRAWING: A random drawing will take place on or about January 23, 2026 and the potential winners will be selected from all eligible entries received. The potential winners will be notified by email or telephone within approximately ten (10) days of the drawing. In the event that any potential winner does not respond to prize notification within three (3) days of the date of issuance or declines the prize for any reason, a disqualification will result, the prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries. Prizes will be shipped to an address in the U.S. provided by the winner.
5. GENERAL: If, for any reason, this promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupts or affects its administration or fairness, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion and disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. In the event of termination, a random drawing to award the prizes may be conducted from entries received up until the time of termination, if feasible.
6. WAIVER OF LIABLITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: By entering, participants (a) agree to be bound by the official rules, including all entry requirements, and the decisions of the Sponsor, Cubs, the other MLB Entities and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, any promotion prize provider or commercial sponsor, and any other company associated with the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) (including but not limited to eligibility determinations) which are final and binding in all respects; (b) waive any and all claims and release the Released Parties from any and all liability, loss, damage or injury resulting, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in this promotion or awarding, receipt, possession use and/or misuse of any prize awarded and acknowledge that Sponsor and its employees and agents have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize including, but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose; and (c) consent to use of his/her name, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. All personal information that (a) a participant supplies or (b) Sponsor collects, in connection with the promotion shall be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at www.swag.golf, as amended or modified from time to time. By participating in the promotion, each participant hereby agrees to the Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledges that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

8. WINNER LIST: For the winners' names, mail a request and a self-addressed stamped envelope to be received no later than ninety (90) days after the Drawing Date to SWAG Golf Chicago Cubs Convention List Sweepstakes Winner List, c/o Kuldisak, LLC d/b/a SWAG Golf, 420 Academy Drive, Northbrook, IL, 60062.
