FAQs

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Standard Shipping:

  • Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days from the order date.
  • Shipping time from our distribution center is generally 3-5 business days.
  • Please note that some items may have a delayed ship date. This will be indicated on the product page.
  • If you order multiple items they may be split into separate shipments.

Important Notes:

  • Orders placed during sales or high volume drops may experience processing delays.
  • Our distribution center is closed on weekends and major holidays.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Limited-release headcovers, clubs, handcrafted, markdowns, and customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Core collection headcovers, putters, wedges, and apparel can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund if they are new and unused with original packaging. Other items may be returned for store credit within 14 days at Swag Golf's discretion. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Click here to start a return.

Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Swag Golf will provide a prepaid shipping label for returns within 5 business days. Items will be repaired or replaced; if replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued. 

Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for refunds to appear on your statement.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CORE AND LIMITED ITEMS?

Our Core Collection is designed for anyone who wants to SWAG their bag. Core items will stay in stock whenever you need more. Limited items are released on a drop model. Keep an eye on the Drop Calendar or our social media pages to find out when they’re dropping because once they’re gone, they’re gone for good.

A PRODUCT I WANT SAYS IT'S SOLD OUT...WHEN IS IT COMING BACK IN STOCK?

Limited release items do not come back into stock. For our more popular designs, we may release a different color scheme or a twist on that design in the future. However, Core items are designed to be in stock. A good rule of thumb is if something is marked “Sold Out” it will not come back. If it’s marked “Out of Stock”, there’s a chance it may be restocked.

WHEN DO YOU RELEASE YOUR COVERS? HOW DO I KNOW WHEN A RELEASE IS HAPPENING?

Sometimes our designs are coordinated with holidays, golf events, or current events. Other times they are released when we feel like it. We announce most releases on social media or our release day emails before they happen. Subscribe here.

CAN I GET A CUSTOM COVER?

We don’t design singular custom headcovers. If you have an inquiry about getting custom SWAG covers to sell in your club’s pro shop or for a large golf outing, you can contact us using this form.

MY PACKAGE SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED BUT IT HASN'T ARRIVED YET?

It is not unusual for a package to say it was delivered when it is still in transit. Normally these packages arrive within a day or two. If it doesn't, please reach out to us at store@swag.golf, and we will help determine the status of your delivery.

ATOMIC DROP FAQs

WHAT IS AN ATOMIC DROP?

An Atomic Drop is a new drop system exclusive to the Swag Golf App that works, unlike any other drawing. No more second-guessing your wifi speed (or your checkout finger). Instead, select the items you want to purchase and enter into a live drawing for each one. Just enter before the timer runs out and let the app do the rest. Cover of the Month holders, NFT holders, and those KYC verified on the Swag Golf App will have increased odds of hitting - it pays to be part of the community.

WHEN DO ATOMIC DROPS HAPPEN?

Just like a Swag Drop, Atomic Drops can happen at any time. They may be announced or unannounced, offering exclusive items or granting early access to website drops for everyone or only a select group of people; the possibilities are endless. The only way to stay informed about when a drop is occurring is to download the Swag Golf App and enable push notifications, ensuring you don’t miss out.

WHY WAS MY CARD CHARGED IF I MISSED?

It wasn’t! Prior to entering the Drop Shelter, you are pre-authorizing your card for the total price of the items you selected. If you hit, your card will be charged. If you miss, the hold will be released by your bank (we have no control over how long this may take).

I WAITED FOR THE COUNTDOWN, WHY COULDN'T I ENTER?

Once the drop shelter opens, you will see a countdown appear. That is counting down to when the shelter CLOSES. If you see the shelter open, enter fast or you will miss out on the drop.

WHY COULDN'T I ENTER THE DROP SHELTER?

First, make sure you are on the most recent version of the app (currently V1.1.5). If you are not using an updated version, you will likely be locked out. Second, make sure your credit card and shipping info are up to date. If you take time to add a card when waiting for a drop to open, you may be locked out.

CAN I STILL HIT IF I LEAVE THE DROP SHELTER?

Yes! As long as you enter before the countdown is over, you can leave as you please. Make sure you complete all the steps, click “Continue to the Drop Shelter,” and see the Atomic Drop video before you leave.

HOW DO I KNOW IF IT HIT?

If you stick around for the whole thing, you will see HIT or MISS pop up on your screen. If you enter but leave before the drop is over, you will still receive a confirmation email if you hit on the item.
