WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?
When we started Swag Golf the goal from Day 1 was to make truly badass products with the understanding that our designs were not meant to be for everyone. The market was unknown then, today it’s a different animal. Almost immediately the people embraced Swag Golf, 4 years later they now live and breathe Swag Golf! One thing we hear all the time is that getting our product is tough if not impossible. First time customers often get shut out several times before finally striking paydirt. Even hardcore collectors have the same difficulty and purchase products on the secondary market to get what they want. It has been as frustrating for us as it has for our loyal fans. Our fans expect us to push the envelope and we take great pride in not letting them down. We believe that launching digital products, in the form of an NFT (to start) will give our fans an experience unlike anything that currently exists in not only the golf market, but the NFT market as well. This is way more than a jpeg. This is a voyage, an adventure, and an opportunity unlike any other. Are you ready?

WHAT MAKES OUR NFTS SO SPECIAL?
Swag NFTs are utility enabled PFPs that have been designed using attributes of some of our favorite Skull designs as well as some designs that have never been seen before. Using blockchain technology we are building a way to allow Swag customers access to products, experiences and exclusive invitations simply by being an NFT owner. But like many things we do there is a twist. Just like each NFT is not created equal (otherwise they would be fungible, right) not every NFT will give you access to every product or experience. Each unique opportunity will have its own set of criteria. Sometimes the event will require a specific trait of an NFT and other times the event will require holding multiple NFTs. Sometimes the event will be for a very limited product and other times it will be a lottery for a large prize. Sometimes we might just do a random giveaway for simply holding something on a certain day. If you are familiar with Swag you know this is our jam. We have fun, we make it worth our follower’s time and we do this stuff right.

TRANSPARENCY
When Swag started in 2018 we committed to being honest and transparent with our customers, understanding that earning trust was the key to building a successful company. That is why, from the start, we have maintained an archive of our past releases of headcovers and putters that indicate the quantity sold and sale date. No one else in our space has the balls to show their hand like this. Our collectors love knowing exactly how rare the pieces in their collection actually are. We plan to provide the same transparency in our NFT project. We know some NFT buyers will be collectors, some will be flippers and some people will buy one because they are curious. Our intention is for Swag Skulls to have utility in the form of unlocking products and experiences. However, most NFT projects charge a royalty of 5-10% each time an NFT changes wallets. With that in mind, we will be setting our royalty fee at 2.5% per transaction. We want to make sure transaction fees do not prohibit exchanging Skulls. We will use our royalty fees to build out our own platform which will ultimately reduce transaction fees even more.

WHAT IS AN NFT?
A non-fungible token, or NFT, is a digital asset used to represent ownership of unique items or access. Most commonly they are used for digital collectibles. Ownership and transfer of an NFT is secured by the Ethereum blockchain, which ensures that one NFT only has one owner at any given time, and that nobody can modify the history of the token’s ownership. The information associated with each NFT is stored as a token on the blockchain.

TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE PROJECT
Our genesis collection pays homage to the design that put us on the map, Swag Skulls. The Skulls will be composed of several attributes of past, present and future Skulls. Each Skull will be unique and virtually all of them will be generative. There will be a very limited amount of non-generative Skulls that display some of our favorite designs. The price for a Swag Skull will be 0.1 ETH.

WILL THERE BE A PRESALE?
Yes. This will be known as the Skull List. There will be a number of ways to get on the List. Once you have been placed on the Skull List your Discord name will change color. Those on the Skull List will be able to mint up to three (3) Swag Skulls several days before they go on sale to the general public. Yes. The Skull List will be limited so there will be Swag Skulls available during the public mint.

HOW WILL THE PUBLIC MINT WORK?
We will have a raffle for the public mint. We are doing this to avoid gas wars and bot traffic. An announcement with more details will be made closer to the mint.

DO I OWN THE RIGHTS TO THE DESIGN?
No. Just like all our products we put a lot of time and effort into creating these Skulls and we retain all Intellectual Property Ownership. You are welcome to display these for your personal, non-commercial use.

WILL I NEED MY CRYPTO WALLET FOR EVERY SWAG DROP?
No. We will continue to sell Swag products as normal. However, if want to access to products or experiences that require a NFT you will need your crypto wallet

WILL THERE BE SECONDARY FEES FOR RESELLING A SKULL?
Swag will receive 2.5% of all secondary sales. These are substantially less than most projects because we want to encourage buying, selling and trading of Swag Skulls. Proceeds from sales will be reinvested back into our community through products and experiences explicitly for NFT owners.

WHAT IS A CRYPTO WALLET?
A crypto wallet allows you to store & spend cryptocurrencies and NFTs. With a crypto wallet, you hold the keys and are in charge of your own assets. There are many crypto wallets which equip you with a wallet address, key vault, secure login, and backup options to manage your digital assets securely. We prefer to use Metamask. IMPORTANT NOTE
If you forget the password to your crypto wallet you will need to enter the seed phrase given to you when opening your wallet. Write the seed phrase down and store it somewhere safe. Without your seed phrase you will lose access to your crypto wallet

WHAT IS MINTING?
Minting is the process where digital files are uploaded and stored onto the blockchain. Each Swag Skull must be minted so that its information can be stored on the Ethereum blockchain. This is crucially important because it is the information on the blockchain that will unlock all redeemable elements of owning a Swag Skull

WHAT ARE GAS FEES?
Gas fees are the transaction fees for a transaction to be processed and stored on the blockchain. These fees are paid to miners whose job it is to verify blockchain transactions
