NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited by law. Subject to all federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances. THE SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM, INCLUDING FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, TWITTER, TIKTOK, ETC. By entering into the Sweepstakes and using the Kuldisak, LLC (the “Sponsor”) websites located at www.swag.golf  and www.dontgiveaputt.com (collectively, the “Website”) you accept and agree to (i) be bound by these Official Rules (these “Rules”) and Sponsor’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, each as amended or modified from time to time and each of which is incorporated by reference herein and (ii) accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the Sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes Name: SWAG Anniversary Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”).

Entry Period: The entry period for the Sweepstakes will open on March 31, 2025 at 7:00 PM CDT and close on April 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM CDT (the “Entry Period”), after which date and time the Sweepstakes will be closed and no further entries shall be accepted.

Prize: Twenty-two winners of the Sweepstakes are selected at random. The odds of winning are 22 in 10,000. Each winner will receive one of the following prizes: 

One grand prize winner will receive the following:
• Custom SWAG Putter (approximate retail value equal to $1,000).
Twenty-one second prize winners will each receive the following:
• SWAG Headcover (approximate retail value equal to $125).

How to Enter:

Online Method of Entry: When you purchase a qualifying product from the Website during the Entry Period, you will receive a physical scratch card with the purchased item. A purchase automatically enters you into the Sweepstakes but does not increase your chances of winning. You will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes via this method of entry.

Alternate Method of Entry (3x5 mail-in card or 3x5 piece of paper):
To enter without making a purchase via the Website, legibly hand-print your full name, full mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), email address, phone number, and birth date on a plain 3x5 inch paper. Mail your completed entry to the Sponsor at the address provided above. The Sponsor is not responsible for postage- due entries or for any incorrect or illegible data contained in any Sweepstakes entry. Mailed-in entries must be postmarked by April 30, 2025 and received by May 5, 2025 to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. All mailed-in entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. You will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes via this method of entry. Upon receipt of the scratch card, you should scratch and reveal if you have been lucky to win a prize. Scratch cards will be distributed while supplies last and shall be limited to one scratch card per Entrant. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, mutilated or misdirected scratch cards.

Eligible Participants:
The Sweepstakes is open to all legal U.S. residents currently residing in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older as of the first day of the Entry Period (each, an “Entrant”). Employees of Sponsor and its respective affiliates or subsidiaries, the immediate family members (spouse, children, step-children, parents, step-parents, siblings and in-laws) of such employees, and any person domiciled with such employees are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void outside of the United States or where prohibited by law.

Except as prohibited by law, an Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes an Entrant’s agreement to Sponsor’s use of (a) Entrant’s name for notification purposes (whether in print, online or otherwise) if selected as the winner of the Sweepstakes and (b) Entrant’s name, photograph, video, likeness and/or identity for purposes of advertising, publicity and promotional materials, in each case without compensation if selected as a winner of the Sweepstakes. In connection with the foregoing, each Entrant grants Sponsor a limited, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to use Entrant’s name, photograph, video, likeness and/or identity as set forth herein.

Selection and Notification of Winner:
To claim a prize, each winner must submit proof (via image or photocopy) of a winning scratch card prior to May 12, 2025 via email to store@swag.golf (“Winning Submission”). To be eligible, an Entrant must follow all of these Rules. Only persons initiating a winning entry during the Entry Period will be considered a winner and will receive a prize.

Sponsor (or a designee or representative thereof) may decide, in its sole discretion, if an Entrant or the winner does not meet all eligibility requirements or otherwise violates these Rules, Sponsor’s Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, or any other applicable laws,
regulations, or rules. Entries and Winning Submissions that are lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or altered for any reason will be ineligible.

The winners will be confirmed by Sponsor via email no later than May 19, 2025 and will have 30 days to respond to remain eligible and claim the Prize. The winner is responsible for monitoring his or her email for notification and receipt of other communications related to the Sweepstakes. If the winner cannot be contacted within 30 days of notification, Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner. An Entrant may decline the receipt of and forfeit a prize if the Entrant is chosen as the winner. In the event that the prize is forfeited or withdrawn for any reason in accordance with these Rules, an alternative winner may be selected by Sponsor, in its
sole discretion. In the event of noncompliance with these Rules by a winner, including replacement winner, Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw the prize.

Release:

By receipt of any entry, an Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent and affiliate companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, acceptance, ownership or use or misuse of the prize.

Additional Terms:

Except as set forth in these Rules, all personal information that (a) an Entrant supplies or (b) Sponsor collects, in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant hereby agrees to the Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledges that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

Scratch cards will be void if they are found to be mutilated, illegible, altered, counterfeit, tampered with, if they fail at any validation test, or if they are obtained through unauthorized channels, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Scratch cards are non- transferable, and may not be sold, bartered, auctioned, or otherwise distributed other than directly from the Sponsor or an authorized agent of the Sponsor. Only the stated number of potential prizes will be awarded. In the event of a printing or other error resulting in more winning scratch cards than advertised, the Sponsor may terminate this promotion entirely or conduct a random drawing among those holding winning game scratch cards to award the advertised number of prizes as stated in these official rules. Liability for a defective scratch card is limited to replacement with another scratch card, while supplies last.

Sponsor is not responsible if online service or equipment is interrupted including without limitation (i) interruptions to any network, server, Internet, Web site, telephone, satellite, computer or other connections, (ii) failures or malfunctions of satellite, hardware, software or other equipment, and (iii) other errors of any kind, whether human, technical, mechanical or electronic. If for any reason (including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other cause that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes), the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as described in these Rules, Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, extend, cancel, terminate, conclude or suspend the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any Entrant by a third party connected with these Sweepstakes. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The Prize cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged by the winner and is subject to availability. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice to any Entrant or the winner. 

Incidental expenses and all other costs which are not specifically listed as part of the Prize and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded Prize are solely the responsibility of the winner. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF THE PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. 

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive authority of the courts of the State of Delaware, United States. If any section, provision, or term of these Rules shall be held or found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court decision, statute, rule or otherwise, the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby and shall continue in full force and effect. Such provision may be modified or severed from these Rules to the extent necessary to make such provision enforceable and consistent with the remainder of these Rules. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision. Entrants are required to provide accurate, valid and truthful information at all times. Sponsor will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false, fraudulent, illegal or deceptive and will disqualify any Entrant who undermines or tampers with or attempts to undermine or tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Sweepstakes, or is otherwise in violation of these Rules or any appliable federal, state, or local laws or regulations, or is acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT HEREBY AGREES THAT ANY AND ALL DISPUTES AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF, RELATED TO, OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY ASPECT OF THE WINNER’S OR AN ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN OR TERMINATION FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES AS PROVIDED HEREIN SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or amend the Sweepstakes or these Rules without notice in the event of a catastrophe, pandemic or epidemic, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Sponsor’s control. Entrants will be notified of any changes as soon as reasonably possible by Sponsor. 

In no event shall Sponsor be liable to the winner or any Entrant for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statutory or any other theory of liability arising from or related to the Sweepstakes or any aspect of the winner’s or an Entrant’s participation in or termination from the Sweepstakes as provided herein, even if Sponsor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To receive any legally required name of the winner and/or a copy of these Official Rules, send a legal-size, self-addressed, stamped envelope within ninety (90) days of the end of the Entry Period to the Sponsor at the address above. Winners’ names will not be made available until after all the winners in this Sweepstakes have been determined and notified.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND ITS AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE SUCH PERSON AND/OR SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
