"1st: This bag is very light compared to my other Vessel Golf bag. 2nd: Had a chance to use this bag over the weekend, not disappointed at all. 3: The only caution or warning I have is it tends to not stand up right when the clubs and accessories are in it, so be sure to use the stand legs. (mine fell over once while I was setting up my clubs). 4: Love the design and wish I would have come with the Black Course warning for Beth Page, but just my preference. 5: Over all- Great quality, looks good and very light to carry :) Bill"

"It’s a beautiful Vessel bag and the designs are incredible. The customer service experience with Swag couldn’t have been worse. I preordered the bag in May. We didn’t get the bag until Sept 17th. Yet, Swag sold the bag (immediately available to Dick’s Sporting Goods customers) for weeks before we received the bag? Shouldn’t you have fulfilled the preorders BEFORE making the bag available for purchase thru f-ing Dick’s??? I asked customer service about this multiple times and received ZERO response to my frustration. I will NEVER AGAIN allow Swag to take my money and treat me like trash. Simply put, you either don’t know what you’re doing, or you hate your customers, or both. This purchase marks my first and LAST experience with Swag."
