Our customer service team will provide a pre-paid shipping label for your convenience. Item(s) must be sent within 5 business days. Upon receipt, a member of the Swag team will make best efforts to repair the item(s). If repair cannot be made, a replacement will be sent at no additional charge. Due to the limited nature of most items, if a replacement is unavailable you will be refunded in full.
