All putters, headcovers and handcrafted items are final sale, nonrefundable and cannot be returned for store credit. All other items may be returned for a store credit at the discretion ofāÆSwag Golfā¢ no later than 5 days upon receipt of shipment. Any additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
All damaged or faulty items received must be documented and notice received withināÆ2 days of receipt of shipment. Our customer service team will provide a pre-paid shipping label for your convenience. Item(s) must be sent within 5 business days. Upon receipt, a member of the Swag team will make best efforts to repair the item(s). If repair cannot be made, a replacement will be sent at no additional charge. Due to the limited nature of most items, if a replacement is unavailable you will be refunded in full.
