A true Chicago Style hot dog is topped with yellow mustard, chopped white onions, bright green sweet pickle relish, a dillpickle spear, tomato wedges, pickled sport peppers and a dash of celery salt. Don't even think about ketchup!!! The complete assembly is then placed on steamed poppy seed bun. These covers don't taste as good a real Chicago Dog, but they sure look as good.
